Welcome to Vio’s Shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, vioshop.it, and any purchases made through our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Throughout these Terms, “Vio’s”, “Vio’s Shop”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vio’s Cooking Srl, the operator of the Vio’s Shop online store.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services online.
2. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
You may not use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You must not transmit viruses, malicious code or other material that could damage or interfere with the operation or security of our website.
3. PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, descriptions, colours, dimensions and photographs as accurately as possible.
However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device and settings.
Many of our products may feature artisanal or handmade characteristics. Slight variations in colour, finish, shape, texture or dimensions may therefore occur. These variations are part of the individual character of handmade and artisanal products and are not necessarily considered defects.
Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
4. PRICES
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other costs will be displayed or communicated where required before the order is completed.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed by us.
5. ORDERS
When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide, including your name, billing information, shipping address and contact details, is complete and accurate.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or errors in product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method, where applicable.
6. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including payment services made available through Shopify.
Not all payment methods may be available in every country.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping options, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges are provided during the purchasing process or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the indicated timeframe. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures or events of force majeure.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
For international orders, customs procedures may result in additional delivery time and charges.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory delivery rights available to consumers under applicable law.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customers located in the European Union and other jurisdictions may have mandatory statutory rights, including rights of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases.
Where applicable, EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Certain goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including, where legally applicable, personalized, customized or made-to-order products and other categories provided by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at vioshop@vioscooking.com, including your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
10. PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Some Vio’s Shop products may be personalized, customized or produced specifically for a customer.
Where clearly indicated before purchase and permitted by applicable law, such products may not be eligible for cancellation or return simply because the customer changes their mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
11. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information available on our website is accurate and up to date.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you and comply with applicable consumer protection requirements.

17. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and purchases made through Vio’s Shop are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the country in which you reside.
For consumers, any mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction and access to courts under applicable law remain unaffected.
